Fence Building Performance Task


The “Good Fences Make Good Neighbours” performance assessment task from the Alberta Assessment Consortium asks students to determine a fair way to split the cost of building a fence between the two neighbours whose yards the fence will separate. This task covers several outcomes from several units: Measurement, Geometry, and Number.
